Kauai Kayaking Tour -
Wailua River Kayak & Hiking Adventure

Morning Tour: Check-in at 8:00am; return at 3:00pm
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Children: No children under 5 years old
Restrictions: Maximum weight 275 lbs. A moderately strenuous hike - must be somewhat fit.

Hike and Paddle the Wailua Valley
Explore a beautiful and historic jungle stream, deep into the heart of the island. Where the river gets shallow, we'll tie our kayaks to a tree and take a one-mile hike up the valley to a 130-foot waterfall with a pool at the bottom.

Swimming is encouraged! We'll have a great picnic lunch and then hike back down to the kayaks for some more fun paddling.

Wailua Valley Waterfall Wonderland
Enjoy wading in a pool below a cascading waterfall that has the power to part your hair for the duration of your stay! Get a taste of native and exotic botanical wonders, and learn of Hawaiian culture and geologic history, a fantasyland of Hawaiian deep jungle scenery.

What to Wear and Bring: Swimwear, windbreaker or light rain coat; footwear with aggressive tread for muddy conditions (example: Teva type sandals with heel straps or aqua socks with tread), sunscreen, hat, bug spray, waterproof camera.
