While You Enjoy the Tastes of Hawaii, our "Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Spectacular" takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia. We feature authentic dances and music of old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, and Tonga in the hottest Lu'au Show in the Islands!

Experience the Traditions of Old Hawaii
You are greeted with a shell lei by friendly Polynesians, fresh Mai Tais or fruit punch, which are served through the lu'au, as well as an open bar featuring all your favorite mixed cocktails. Your evening begins with Hawaiian music and audience participation featuring hula lessons, poi ball lessons, coconut tree climbing, coconut husking and finally the Imu Ceremony, the unveiling of the main dish, Kalua Puaa.

All-You-Can-Eat Buffet
The sound of the conch, the beating of the drums and the echoes of the Hawaiian chant signal the start of Hawaii's most exciting Lu'au, complete with an authentic Imu Ceremony and the exotic flowers of native Hawaiian cuisine.

Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Ulupalakua Beef, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Roasted Wedges of Maui Onions, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad, and Poi (taro).

The lavish dessert bar features Macadamia Nut Lu'ua Cream Pie, Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Cake and Bread Pudding.
