Enjoy Sweeping Views of the West Maui Coast
Kaanapali Kai Course (formerly known as Kaanapali South) offers sweeping views of the West Maui coast, the neighbor islands of Molokai and Lanai, and in the winter, humpback whales cavorting offshore, what golf could offer more!
The course is landscaped with native flowers along the trails like the hibiscus, bougainvillea and plumeria, as well as the Norfolk Pines and coconut trees that border many fairways. Along many holes on the Resort course lie natural canals, gulches and lava rock boundaries.
Tee Off Toward Subtle, Undulating Greens
Arthur Jack Snyder's 18-hole course includes a par 71 and 6,555 yards that snuggles up to the Blue Pacific. It is graced by the whimsical Sugar Cane Train, whose steam locomotive, a reminder of turn-of-the-century Hawaii, chugs past on its way to the historic whaling town of Lahaina as a reminder of Lahaina's histoic past. Kaanapali South Golf Course offers sweeping views of the West Maui coast, the neighbor islands of Molokai and Lanai, and in the winter, humpback whales cavorting offshore.
