Three Amazing Adventures in One Great Package
Enjoy three top adventures in one amazing cruise! Snorkel Molokini, a dazzling Lana'i reef and experience the once in a lifetime thrill of the Wild Dolphin Encounter in one awesome day trip!

After departing Maalaea Harbor, guests enjoy a leisurely Island Style continental breakfast as we make our way to our first destination, Molokini Crater. Molokini is designated as a State Marine Life and Bird Conservation District and one of Hawaii's top snorkeling destinations. It is a crescent moon shaped islet formed by a volcanic cinder cone, about 2 ˝ miles off Maui's south shore.

The crescent shape acts as a fortress, providing protection from waves and powerful currents, making this area one of the top ten snorkeling spots in the world. The crater basin is a lush reef area that never fails to surprise visitors with its abundance and variety of marine life including butterfly fish, parrot fish, damsel fish, surgeon fish, Moorish idol, trigger fish, the unofficial Hawaii State Fish Humuhumunukunukuapuaa, snowflake eels, and reef sharks. There have even been sightings of humpback whales, whale sharks, Hawaiian rays, and Hawaiian monk seals visiting the crater. Many are of the more than 250 species of fish are native to Hawaii and are found nowhere else in the world!

Nothing compares with the thrill of watching dolphins in their wild habitat. Hawaii is home to more than 10 species of dolphin, including the Pacific Bottlenose, Spotted Dolphins, and the ever playful Spinner. Spinner dolphins can be seen mostly along the south shore of Lanai. The focus of this portion of the tour is a special little bay researchers have frequented as they documented the behaviors and social interactions of a group of approximately 200 Spinner Dolphins.

Our second snorkel destination on this trip is the pristine waters of Lanai’s Manele Bay (also called Holopoe Bay) Marine Preserve. Manele Bay is the most southerly of the harbors on Lanai and probably the most protected, making it a haven for millions of tropical fish. The pristine conditions and excellent visibility allow some of the most spectacular snorkeling offered outside of Molokini Crater. Small and large reefs separate into underwater caverns filled with sea life including the Hawaiian Sea Turtle (Honu), Octopus (Tako), Snowflake eels, and a variety of brightly colored fish. Once anchored, we fire up the grill and serve lunch buffet style; work up a hearty appetite and enjoy at your leisure.
