Cancellation Policy:  You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. You are welcome to change the date or time of any booked activity free of charge. There is a 9.9% service charge for cancellation of a confirmed booking (to cover credit card fees and bookkeeping costs). To receive a refund, most activities require 48-hours notice of a cancellation; groups of 6 or more require 72-hours notice.
Tax Rates:  All sales are subject to a 4.166% Hawaii General Excise Tax. Some water-related activities are subject to an additional 3% for Hawaii Harbor Fees.
