FRIENDLINESS RATINGS FOR ALL ACTIVITIES
All activities indicate whether they are Family Friendly, Senior Friendly, and Wheelchair friendly.
- Family Friendly - As you may know, Hawaii is a very family friendly state and therefore almost all activity providers offer special prices for children (keiki). In some cases, children below certain ages can participate for free - for example, children 24 months and under fly free on Helicopter tours and Air tours to other islands.
- Wheelchair users are welcome on most activities! But please call our staff for advice before making your final decision as each activity has different physical requirements.
- Seniors can attend any activity, although it's the customer's responsibility to decide which activity is appropriate for their own constitution and physical limitations. If you're not sure whether an activity is appropriate for you, we recommend consulting your physician prior to booking it.
ONLINE BOOKING IS QUICK & EASY
Booking online, in advance, gives you the freedom to relax and enjoy yourself when you are here. Hawaii is attracting more and more visitors and the best activities and adventures are often booked many weeks ahead, so don't risk the chance - book in advance! Please understand that our activity partners are mostly small, family businesses with very limited ability to accommodate large groups.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel or change your itinerary, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activities. The Maui to Big Island Volcano Air Tour requires 7-days notice. Groups of 6 or more people require 72-hours notice.
There is a 9.9% service charge for any cancellation to cover credit card charges and bookkeeping costs. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations made less than 48/72 hours before the activity.

Your personal data (name, address, account numbers, etc) will never be given or sold to anyone outside of Hawaii Online Services LLC. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
