Tickets:  All bookings will be checked within the next 2-3 hours for availability before we send your final confirmation and e-ticket by email. You can change your Activity anytime but no later than 24 hours before Activity date.

Privacy:  All personal information will be kept confidential. We will not share any of your data with other companies. See our privacy statement.

Cancellation Policy:  You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. There is a 9.9% service charge for any cancellation of a confirmed booking. No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Activity. You are welcome to change the date or the time of any booked activity free of charge.

Tax Rates:  All sales are subject to a 4.166% Hawaii General Excise Tax. Some water-related activities are subject to an additional 3% for Hawaii State Harbor Fees.
